ATHARBA ACADEMY — Terms of Service

To use ATHARBA ACADEMY you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact support@igniterapp.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Enrolling grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course for your own study only. Sharing, reselling, screen-recording or redistributing the material is strictly prohibited.

You keep access to a purchased course while it stays active on the Service, except where access is withdrawn because you breached these Terms.

Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — ATHARBA ACADEMY never stores your card or banking information.

Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.

Please see our Refund Policy on this site for full details of when refunds apply. If approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within roughly 5–7 business days.

Where digital content has already been meaningfully accessed or downloaded, a refund may not be available except as mandated by applicable law.

We provide the Service and its content “as is”, for educational use only. We strive for accuracy and uptime, but ATHARBA ACADEMY cannot promise specific exam outcomes, continuous availability, or completely error-free material.

So far as the law allows, ATHARBA ACADEMY is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Liabilities that Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain unaffected.

You agree to use ATHARBA ACADEMY lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

Everything on the Service — course videos, notes, tests, logos and other content — belongs to ATHARBA ACADEMY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of that material.

You are free to leave and delete your account whenever you wish. We may limit, suspend or end your access where you break these Terms, where the law requires it, or if ATHARBA ACADEMY stops operating on the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
